Chia seed health benefits, how to make chia seed gel, a blueberry chia seed lemonade and chunky monkey chia seed pudding

Recipes|
Chia Seed Gel
1/3 cup of chia seeds
2 cups of water

Chia Seed Blueberry Lemonade
Juice of 2 lemons
Skinny Girl Monk Fruit/Sweetener of your choice(to taste)
Fresh Blueberries
3 Tablespoons of chia seed gel
4 cups of water

Chunky Monkey Chia Seed Pudding
2 1/2 very ripe bananas
1 tbsp of unsweetened cocoa powder
1 1/2 cups of coconut milk(or whichever milk you prefer)
1/3 cup of chia seeds
chopped walnuts

Feel free to add, take out or adjust any of the above ingredients to your taste preference.
